对图书资料系列职称评定中论文要素的思考

摘　　要：该文对论文要素在图书资料系列职称评定中的作用和意义进行了阐述,并对将专业学术论文列入到图书馆系列职称评定所需具备的硬性条件的做法表达了赞同和认可,笔者认为尤其是在图书馆系列的中、高级职称评定中增加论文要素标准的是十分必要的。同时,笔者还对其适用和实操过程中存在或可能出现的问题作以概括和探究,并在文章最后尝试提出几点解决方法和建议,希望可以在今后的图书资料系列职称评定中能够有所帮助。This paper expounds the function and significance of the paper elements in the professional title evaluation of library series,and expresses approval and approval for the practice of listing the professional academic papers into the rigid conditions required for the professional title evaluation of library series.The author thinks that it is very necessary to add the paper element standard,especially in the middle and senior professional title evaluation of library series.At the same time,the author also summarizes and explores the problems that exist or may appear in the process of its application and practical operation,and tries to put forward some solutions and suggestions at the end of the article,hoping to be helpful in the future professional title evaluation of books and materials series.
