《针灸大成》阳陵泉穴临床应用

摘　　要：《针灸大成》中明确了阳陵泉穴的定位及操作:膝下一寸,外廉陷中,蹲坐取之。可单独取用,也可配伍其他穴位同用,可针可灸,针六分,灸七壮,也可采用烧针尾(即温针灸)的操作方法。现多直刺进针1~1.5寸,临床应用时,不必过于拘泥于进针深度,要根据患者胖瘦、病位浅深以及患者耐受程度,灵活选择进针深度,以得气为度,"气至而有效"。阳陵泉穴可治疗胆经循行所过部位的痹证、痈疽、瘰疬等;可以治疗筋病如痹证、痉证、痿证、颤证等;可以治疗肝胆之疾病;对脾胃病证也有较好疗效;可治疗瘰疬、痈疽、水肿、小便不禁等。The positioning and operation of Yanglingquan(GB 34)is defined in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion:one cun below the knee,the middle of lateral margin,squatting to get it.It can be used alone or in combination with other acupoints.It can be used for acupuncture or moxibustion.The needle can enter 0.6 cun deep and moxibustion can last seven cones.The burned needle(that is to say,warm needle acupuncture)can also be used.At present,most of the needles are inserted 1-1.5 cun directly.In clinical application,it is not necessary to be too rigid in the depth of the needle.The depth of the needle should be flexibly selected according to the patient′s weight,shallow and depth of the disease position,and the patient′s tolerance,so as to obtain qi to reach good effect.Yanglingquan(GB 34)can treat arthralgia syndrome,carbuncle and gangrene,scrofula,etc.in the parts of the gallbladder meridian.It can treat tendon diseases such as arthralgia,spasm,flaccidity and tremor.It can treat liver and gallbladder diseases;It also has good curative effect on spleen and stomach diseases.It can treat scrofula,carbuncle and gangrene,edema and spontaneous urination.
