摘 要:以安徽省9所地方应用型本科高校的就业质量报告为具体研究资料,研究分析了学生在就业、创业、升学、待业和其他等5类就业去向及省内外就业流向的特点。地方应用型本科高校毕业生就业去向情况总体稳定,地方(城市)吸引力等因素对毕业生是否留在地方就业具有较大影响。学生毕业即创业的比例并不高,也并不热衷于"深造"和"啃老",包含多元化、个性化、灵活性倾向的就业去向特征初现端倪。通过改革人才流动掣肘因素、增强区域吸引力、凸显应用型办学特色等途径,以促进毕业生就业去向结构优化调整。Taking the employment quality reports of nine local applied undergraduate universities in Anhui province as specific research materials, this paper discusses and analyzes the characteristics of students in employment, entrepreneurship, further education, unemployment and other employment directions as well as the employment flow in and out of the province. The employment situation of local applied undergraduate graduates is generally stable, and local(city) attractiveness and other factors have a greater impact on whether graduates stay in local employment. The proportion of students who start their own businesses upon graduation is not high, and they are not keen on "further study" and "live off their parents". The characteristics of employment direction including diversification, individuation and flexibility are beginning to emerge. By reforming the restrictive factors of talent flow, enhancing regional attraction and highlighting the characteristics of applied schools, to promote the optimization and adjustment of the employment direction structure of graduates.
