摘  要:血栓形成是指血液在血管中发生凝固或血液中某些有形成分凝集形成固体质块的过程。细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicle,EV)是一种成熟的细胞间通讯介质,可由不同细胞在活化或凋亡状态下释放。研究表明,EV在血栓形成过程中发挥重要作用。EV表面及胞体内有多种促凝物质表达,且EV与内皮细胞功能障碍、凝血因子VII(coagulation factor,FVII)异常激活以及血小板聚集与活化有关,此外,EV还可参与抗凝或纤溶途径。监测外周血EV水平,可为多种血栓性疾病的预防、治疗及预后提供新思路。Thrombus formation refers to the process of blood coagulation or the formation of solid mass by some visible components in the blood in the living heart and blood vessels.The extracellular vesicle(EV)is a mature intercellular communication medium,which can be released by different cells in the state of activation or apoptosis.Studies have shown that EV plays an important role in the process of thrombosis.There are many procoagulants on EV surface and in vivo,and EV is related to endothelial dysfunction,abnormal activation of coagulation factor VII(FVI),platelet aggregation and activation.In addition,ev can also participate in anticoagulation or fibrinolysis pathway.Monitoring the level of EV in peripheral blood can provide new ideas for the prevention,treatment and prognosis of various thrombotic diseases.
