基于五态辨识住院2型糖尿病患者人格特征的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:研究2型糖尿病患者的五态人格特征及其与血糖控制的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样,对197例2型糖尿病患者进行五态人格测验表问卷调查,与全国常模作对照,采用SPSS16.0统计软件进行分析。结果:糖尿病患者五态人格太阳、少阳、阴阳和平、少阴人格评分高于国内常模(P<0.01),太阴人格评分低于国内常模(P<0.01);不同特征患者人格得分的单因素分析显示,不同年龄的太阳人格差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同HbA1c控制水平的少阳人格差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄的少阴人格差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、文化程度的太阴人格差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血糖控制按HbA1c水平分为3组:血糖控制理想组(HbA1c<7.0%,44例),血糖控制一般组(7.0%≤HbA1c<9.0%,69例),血糖控制差组(HbA1≥9.0%,73例),HbA1c控制水平与少阳人格得分呈正相关(r=0.212,P<0.05);在血糖控制理想组中,HbA1c值与少阴人格得分呈相关性(r=0.355,P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制水平可能与五态人格中的少阳、少阴人格有关。Objective:To explore the relationship between five-pattern personality and blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 197 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated with the five-pattern personality questionnaire by convenience sampling.The results were compared with the national norm and analyzed by SPSS16.0 statistical software.Results:The scores of Taiyang,Shaoyang,Yin-yang balance and Shaoyin personality dimensions of diabetic patients were higher than the domestic norm(P<0.01),and the Taiyin personality dimension score was lower than that of the domestic norm(P<0.01).The univariate analysis of personality scores of patients with different characteristics showed that the difference of Taiyang personality in different age was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference of Shaoyang personality in different HbA1c level was statistically significant(P<0.05),the differences of Shaoyin personality in different gender and age were statistically significant(P<0.05),the Taiyin personality differences of different gender,age and education level were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of blood glucose control was divided into three groups according to HbA1c content:ideal glycemic control group(HbA1c<7.0%,44 cases),normal glycemic control group(7.0%≤HbA1c<9.0%,69 cases)and poor glycemic control group(HbA1≥9.0%,73 cases),positive correlation was showed between HbA1c level and Shaoy-ang personality score(r=0.212,P<0.05),and in the ideal glycemic control group,HbA1c value was correlated with Shaoyin personality score(r=0.355,P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes may be related to Shaoyang and Shaoyin personality in the five-pattern.
