摘 要:母乳是婴儿营养的"黄金标准",婴儿配方奶粉是母乳不足时的替代品,对比分析母乳和婴儿配方奶粉的渗透压及婴儿配方乳溶液的渗透压影响因素,包括分析冲调方式(推荐质量和推荐匙量冲调)和婴儿配方奶粉的配方和工艺对婴儿配方奶粉溶液渗透压的影响。结果表明,母乳渗透压在300 mOsm/kg H2O左右,普通配方奶粉在严格按照推荐质量冲调的渗透压在281~325 Osm/kg H2O,该条件不会让婴儿有受高渗透压的风险。但如果考虑冲调方式,婴儿配方乳溶液的实际冲调渗透压可能普遍在320 mOsm/kg H2O以上,这可能会给婴儿带来高渗透压配方乳的伤害。不同种类婴儿配方奶粉溶液的渗透压差异较大,其中乳糖是对婴儿配方乳溶液的渗透压起主要贡献作用。Breast milk is the "gold standard" for infant nutrition(IF). IF is the substitutes when breast milk is insufficient. The osmolality of human milk and infant formula and its effect factors were studied, including the analysis of mixing way(recommended weight amount and the number of spoons) and infant formula formulation and technology. The results showed that the osmolality of human milk was about 300 mOsm/kg H2O, and the osmolality of ordinary formula milk powder was 281-325 mOsm/kg H2O in strict accordance with the previous report, which did not expose infants to the risk of high osmolality. However, the osmolality of infant formula solution is generally above 320 mOsm/kg H2O if the adjustment method is considered. The damage to infant with high osmolality will be caused. The osmolality of different kinds of infant formula milk powder solution is quite different, among which lactose is the main contribution to the osmolality of infant formula solution.
