摘  要:为实现企业人力资源管理平台系统的智能化和对管理人员的决策功能,本文提出基于改进FAM的人力资源管理平台设计,将将FMIS(财务管理)与EAM(资产管理)进行有机结合,建立了一个全新的财务管理系统和资产管理系统相协调的平台,并就我国企业的特性进行了针对性优化和决策分析尝试,对企业所涉及到的人力资源管理模型进行了实践探究。研究发现:在使用基于改进FAM的人力资源管理系统后,企业员工对于该系统的满意程度约为76%,持中性意见的人占比为10%,对该系统不满意的人员占比约为14%,总体而言该系统对企业的人力资源管理工作有着明显的积极作用。希望本文的研究为企业人力资源管理的智能化建设提供一定参考和借鉴。In order to realize the intelligence of the enterprise human resource management platform system and the decision-making function for managers,this paper proposes a human resource management platform design based on improved FAM,which will organically combine FMIS(financial management)and EAM(asset management),Established a brand-new platform for the coordination of financial management system and asset management system,and carried out targeted optimization and decision-making analysis attempts on the characteristics of Chinese enterprises,and conducted practical explorations on the human resource management models involved in the enterprises.The study found that after using the improved FAM-based human re source management sy stem,the employee s’satisfaction with the sy stem was about 76%,those with neutral opinions accounted for 10%,and those who were dissatisfied with the system accounted for about 76%.14%.Overall,the system has an obvious positive effect on the human resource management of enterprises.It is hoped that the research in this article will provide a certain reference and reference for the intelligent construction of enterprise human resource management.
