摘 要:对导体截面积小于10.00 mm~2的小规格漆包铜扁线进行回弹性、热冲击、漆膜连续性试验方法的探究。选择常见规格的圆线和小规格扁线两种样品进行了回弹性试验,对比分析小规格扁线试验结果之间的离散程度;热冲击试验选择了一种小规格漆包铜扁线,样品分别采用了圆线和扁线方法来制样,在试验后测试其击穿电压值,分析哪种试验方法更适合于小规格扁线;漆膜连续性试验借鉴高压针孔试验方法,验证其是否适用于小规格漆包铜扁线。In this paper,it explored the test methods of springiness,heat shock and continuity of insulation of enamelled rectangular copper winding wires with conductor cross-sectional area less than 10.00 mm~2.Two samples of common specifications round wire and small-size rectangular wire were selected for the resilience test,and the dispersion of the test results of small-size flat wire was compared and analyzed.Heat shock test selected a small-size enamelled copper rectangular wire and used round wires preparation methods and rectangular wires preparation methods to test the breakdown voltage value after heat shock test,and analyzed which test method was more suitable for the small-size rectangular wires.Continuity of insulation test drew on the high-voltage pinhole test method to verify whether it was suitable for small-size enamelled rectangular copper winding wires.
