摘　　要：研究生培养过程中导师发挥着关键作用,而科研团队集中着优质的导师队伍和规模化的研究生数量,因此,以科研团队为核心,结合农林产学研科技项目,引导学生深入农林地头,深入农林企业,以国家需求为己任,认识到强农兴农责任,借助科研思政着力推进研究生知农爱农意识培养与科技创新能力提升,为将来立志服务农林机械装备研发坚定信心。Tutors play a key role in postgraduate training.The research team is composed of high-quality tutors and a large number of graduate students.Therefore,we should take the scientific research team as the core,combined with the agricultural and forestry production,education and research science and technology projects,and guide students to go deep into the agricultural and forestry fields and agricultural and forestry enterprises.We should let the students take the national needs as their own duty,realize the responsibility of strengthening agriculture and promoting agriculture,and finally enable them to promote the cultivation of awareness of understanding agriculture and loving agriculture and the improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability of graduate students with the help of scientific research and politics.The aim of it is to let them have firm confidence to serve the research and development of agricultural and forestry machinery and equipment in the future.
