摘 要:文章响应习总书记提出的“加快推进教育现代化”和“培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义接班人”的要求,从课程视角与教师视角两方面入手,探讨了在江苏省级在线开放课程管理学原理课程建设中如何践行“立德树人”根本任务的实践经验与反思:围绕如何精确选择课程模块、精心设计思政元素、精准组织实施等内容展开讨论。在此基础上,总结了本次慕课的教学效果,即加深了学生对知识点的理解,提高了自主学习的积极性,巩固了社会主义价值观,达到了“学为中心、翻转课堂、先学后教”的良好效果,为推进教育现代化背景下的“立德树人”建设打好坚实的基础。The purpose of the research is to respond to the General Secretary Xi’s request to "accelerate the modernization of education" and "train socialist successors who are morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically and labor trained in all-round way". This paper discusses the practical experiences and reflections of how to practice the fundamental task of "Fostering Virtue Through Education" in the process of construction for Jiangsu provincial open online course "The Principles of Management" from the perspective of course and teachers. The paper also discusses how to choose course model blocks accurately, how to design course ideological elements and how to implement course contents, etc. On this basis, the paper summarizes the teaching effect: this MOOC has deepened the students’ understanding for the knowledge points, exercised the initiative of independent learning, and consolidated socialist values. As a whole, this MOOC has achieved good effect of "Learning-centered, Flipped classroom, Learning before teaching" and laid solid foundation for "Fostering Virtue Through Education" in the process of promoting modernization of education.
