摘  要:医院在民众身体健康保障中发挥着至关重要的作用。在提高医疗水平的同时,还应该重视对新员工岗前的培训。对新员工进行正确有效的岗前培训有利于提高新员工自身素质及能力,让新员工快速地从学生身份中脱离出来,在短时间内了解医院文化的建设,并快速掌握岗位技能。在医疗建设的队伍中发挥自己最大的作用,挖掘潜力,保证医院的医疗水平能够得到持续的发展。Hospitals play a vital role in protecting people's health.While improving the level of medical care,we should also pay attention to the pre-job training of new employees.Correct and effective pre-job training for new employees is conducive to improving the quality and ability of new employees,allowing them to quickly separate from their student status,understand the construction of hospital culture in a short time,and quickly master job skills.Play their biggest role in the medical construction team,tap the potential,and ensure the continuous development of the hospital's medical level.
