摘　　要：家禽生产学是动物科学专业实践性较强的课程,在专业向应用型转变的背景下,从教学内容、教学方法、生产实践、考核方式等方面进行探索式的改革,在夯实学生的理论知识基础上,加强学生的实践动手能力和创新能力培养,以期为地方培养高素质的家禽科学专业技术人才。Poultry Science is a course that requires a lot of practice skills in animal science major.At the background of application oriented training of the major,the teaching content,teaching method,production practice,and curriculum assessment system are explored to reform,in order to consolidate the students’theory knowledge and reinforce the practical and innovation ability,thus cultivating high-level application oriented talents for the poultry industry.
