摘  要:为解决空气舵系统非线性环节建模和辨识的问题,建立了含间隙和摩擦环节的空气舵系统传动机构动力学模型,采用等价线性化法求得非线性动力学方程的等效阻尼系数和等效刚度系数。通过与不含间隙模型进行对比,得到含间隙传动机构的等效扭转刚度表达式。最后,研究了间隙值和摆动幅值对舵结构系统动特性的影响,并提出了一种基于舵小系统传递特性试验数据的空气舵系统传动机构等效间隙辨识的方法,将数值计算与试验结果进行对比,验证了理论模型和等效计算方法的正确性。Aiming at the nonlinear modeling and identification method of air rudder system, a dynamic model for air rudder drive system with clearance and dry friction is constructed, the equivalent damping coefficient and the equivalent stiffness coefficient are obtained by the equivalent linearization method. By comparing with the condition without clearance, the expression of equivalent torsional stiffness of the drive link acting on the rudder shaft is obtained. The influence of the clearance value and the swing amplitude on the dynamic characteristics of the system is investigated. An equivalent clearance identification method of air rudder drive system based on test data of tail section dynamic characteristics is put forward. Comparing the numerical calculation with the experimental results, the correctness of the theoretical model and equivalent analysis method is verified.
