病案信息质量管理对医疗质量的管理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析病案信息质量管理对医疗质量的管理效果。方法将2018年6月—2019年5月实行常规管理病案(52份)设为对照组;2019年6月—2020年5月予以信息质量管理病案(52份)设为实验组。对比管理问题发生率、管理满意度以及管理质量相比较。结果管理理念掌握水平、管理数字化程度、管理措施落实效果比较,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而由两组病案管理问题发生率对比,实验组相对低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病案信息质量管理对医疗质量的管理具有明显效果,同时提高了医院病案管理人员的管理质量,且问题发生率相对减少,值得医院和临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the management effect of medical record information quality management on medical quality.Methods Routine management of medical records admitted from June 2018 to May 2019(52 cases)was set as a control group;medical records received from June 2019 to May 2020 were subject to information quality management(52 cases)as an experiment group.Compare the incidence of management problems,management satisfaction,and management quality.Results Compared the level of management concept mastery,the degree of management digitalization,and the implementation effect of management measures,the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the two groups of medical record management problems were compared,the experiment group was relatively lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical record information quality management had obvious effects on the management of medical quality,and at the same time it improves the management quality of hospital medical record managers,and the incidence of problems is relatively reduced.It is worthy of extensive application in hospitals and clinics.
