摘　　要：知识已经是现代社会中"最难获得或最难替代的生产要素"。自20世纪七八十年代至今,整个世界因知识的急剧增长和迅速传播发生了深刻而巨大的变化。因此,以"知识"为核心范畴描述、分析现代世界范围内的政治、军事、经济、科技,构想未来世纪社会的总特征,在学术界甚是流行。知识在现代及未来社会中的巨大作用是培根所始料不及的。在现代社会,知识已经不仅仅是力量,它还是权力、财富、资本,是现代社会发展与演变的真正的原动力。谁想成为现代及未来社会的先进生产力的代表和世界的引领者或主宰者,谁就必须形成和掌控最新的知识理论体系。未来学家们的共识是,知识已经成为全球范围内的K(Knowledge)因素。要在未来的世纪中立于不败之地,求得更大的发展,我们就必须不失时机地掌握世界范围内不断更新的知识理论系统。未来的世界是知识理论主宰的世界,知识理论是引领世界发展和进步的核心元素。Knowledge has been"the most difficult factor of production to obtain or replace"in modern society.Since the 1970 s and 1980 s,the whole world has undergone profound and tremendous changes due to the rapid growth and dissemination of knowledge.Therefore,taking"knowledge"as the core category to describe and analyze the politics,military affairs,economy and science and technology in modern world,and to conceive of the general characteristics of the society in the future century are very popular in academic community.The great role of knowledge in modern and future society is unexpected by Bacon.In modern society,knowledge is not only power,but also authority,wealth and capital and is the real driving force in the development and evolution of modern society.Whoever wants to be the representative of the advanced productive forces in modern and future society and the leader or dominator of the world must shape and take control of the latest knowledge theory system.The consensus of futurologist is that knowledge has become a global K(knowledge)factor.In order to remain invincible and achieve greater development in the future century,we must seize the opportunity to master the constantly updated theoretical system of knowledge in the world.The future world is dominated by knowledge theory,which is the core element in taking the lead in development and progress of the world.
