摘　　要：在建设更高水平开放型经济新体制的背景下,吸引国际化人才日益成为中国参与国际竞争的重要内容。本文梳理了国际人才流入影响企业创新能力的理论机制,在此基础上,利用微观企业数据进行实证研究。结果显示,国际人才流入能够显著提高中国企业创新能力,对产品创新的促进作用大于工艺创新。影响机制方面,国际人才流入通过提高投入研发的人力资本,进而促进企业创新;技术距离越大,国际人才流入对企业创新的促进效用就会被削弱。本文将国际人才流入对创新的影响拓展到微观企业层面,为国家开展引才引智工作、加快人才强国建设提供了新的依据。Against the background of building a new open economic system with a higher level,attracting international talent has become an important part of China's international competition.This paper reviews the theoretical mechanism of the impact of international talent inflow on enterprise innovation capability,and on this basis,makes an empirical study using micro enterprise data.The results show that international talent inflow can significantly improve the innovation ability of Chinese enterprises.According to the types of innovation,the promotion effect of international talent inflow on product innovation is greater than that of process innovation.In terms of influence mechanism,international talent inflow promotes enterprise innovation by promoting the improvement of human capital invested in R&D;the greater the technological distance,the promotion effect of international talent inflow on enterprise innovation will be weakened.In this paper,the impact of international talent inflow on innovation is extended to the micro enterprise level,which provides a new basis for the country to carry out talent introduction work and speed up the construction of talent power.
