摘 要:基于学科规训理论视角探索学科演化的动力因素及其作用方式,发现学科发展是在内部动力驱动和外部动力保障下实现的对知识的不断解构与重构的内在生发过程,遵循“知识-教育实践方式-权力”的动态演化逻辑。反思时下我国一流学科发展动力机制,总体呈现出政府主导、模仿借鉴和自上而下的外推式发展特征,在充分发挥外部动力积极作用的同时,因难以充分扎根本土的实际情况而无法有效调动学科发展的内生动力,阻滞着一流学科的深入发展。突破这一困境,高校应适度转变一流学科建设理念,构建起以知识逻辑为主的价值导向、以本土教育实践为基础的制度体系和以基层专家学者为主体的组织团队,全面激活学科发展的内生动力,依托一流学科本土化发展,推动我国高等教育学科建设走上具有中国特色的可持续化发展道路。Based on the perspective of the discipline theory,this paper explores the dynamic factors of subject evolution and the modes of function,finds that subject development is an internal process of deconstruction and reconstruction of knowledge driven by internal and external forces,and follows the dynamic-evolution logic of“knowledge-educational practice way-power”.Reflecting on the current dynamic mechanism of the development of China's first-class subjects,it generally presents the characteristics of government-leading,imitative and top-down extrapolated development.While giving full play to the positive role of external power,it is hard to effectively mobilize the endogenous power of subject development as it is difficult to fully take root in the local actual situation,which hinders the in-depth development of first-class subjects.To break through this dilemma,universities should moderately change the concept of first-class subject construction to build an institutional system of value orientation dominated by knowledge logic based on local education practice and an organization team based on grass-roots experts and scholars,and to comprehensively activate the endogenous driving force of subject development so as to rely on the localization development of first-class subjects to promote the subject construction of higher education in China to a sustainable development way with Chinese characteristics.
