摘　　要：2022年北京冬奥会的举办为黑龙江旅游、文化和经济的发展带来了新动力。黑龙江作为中国冰雪运动、冰雪旅游的发源地,拥有得天独厚的冰雪资源、美轮美奂的冰雪风光、独具匠心的冰雪艺术、酷炫精彩的冰雪赛事和极富特色的冰雪民俗。以北京冬奥会为契机,黑龙江冰雪旅游文化为底蕴,从跨文化传播的视角,阐述外宣翻译的必要性和原则,探索外宣翻译策略,讲好黑龙江冰雪旅游文化故事,传播黑龙江冰雪旅游文化声音。The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics will bring new impetus to Heilongjiang tourism,culture and economic development.As the birthplace of ice,snow sports and tourism in China,Heilongjiang is blessed with natural resources,magnificent scenery,unique art,wonderful competitions and splendid folk customs.This paper aims to elaborate principles and explore translation strategies for external publicity by taking Beijing Winter Olympics as the opportunity and Heilongjiang ice and snow tourism culture as the background,from the perspective of cross-cultural communication,to tell the stories of Heilongjiang ice and snow well.
