摘　　要：随着邮轮市场的飞速发展,邮轮旅游专业人才的需求也在迅速增加。就高职院校国际邮轮乘务管理专业的就业方向来说,邮轮免税店是一个具有多重岗位优势的部门,邮轮购物服务就是针对这一部门的从业要求开展的一门专业课程。以浙江国际海运职业学院为例,从免税店岗位的就业优势、岗位优势、心理优势入手,在分析邮轮购物服务课程现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了优化教学目标,实施项目化教学模式;丰富课程资源,完善线上教学平台;加强课程团队内沟通,厘清课程主线;拓宽实习渠道,反哺优化课程的提升思路。With the rapid development of the cruise market,the demand for professionals in cruise tourism is also increasing rapidly.In terms of the employment direction of international cruise crew management major in higher vocational colleges,cruise duty-free shop is a department with multiple position advantages,and Cruise Shopping Service is a professional course aimed at the requirements of this department.Taking Zhejiang International Maritime College as an example,this paper takes the employment advantages,post advantages and psychological advantages of duty-free stores as the introduction point,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the course"Cruise Shopping Service",and puts forward the corresponding course optimization ideas.
