校企融合视角下保险专业人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：近年来,在国家政策的推动下,我国保险业发展迅猛,相应带动了保险行业的人才需求,而传统的人才培养模式已不能适应保险企业的实际需要。因此,高校应进一步加深与保险企业的合作,让企业真正参与到人才培养方案的设计、课堂教学内容的修订和人才培养的质量评价中,并及时与高校沟通、反馈,使高校能够及时调整并改进教学,形成校企深度融合、协同育人的良性机制,真正实现专业与岗位、高校与企业的无缝对接,让校企融合落到实处,实现双赢。In recent years,under the promotion of national policies,the insurance industry of China has developed rapidly,which has led to the demand for talents in the insurance industry.However,the traditional talent training mode has been unable to adapt to the actual needs of insurance enterprises.Therefore,colleges and universities should further deepen cooperation with insurance companies,make enterprises to participate in the talent training scheme design,teaching content and revision of the talent training quality evaluation,and timely communication and feedback with colleges and universities,to enable colleges and universities to adjust and improve,to form a good mechanism of university-enterprise depth fusion,cooperative education,achieve professional and post,the seamless joint between universities and enterprises,to implement integration between colleges,achieve a win-win situation.
