新文科建设与中国图书馆学专业教育的使命与核心价值

摘　　要：新文科建设背景下,中国图书馆学教育要守正创新,必须回答好"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"的时代命题。文章通过分析图书馆事业存在的问题、图书馆精神的内涵、图书馆界共同遵循的核心价值,描绘了中国图书馆学教育的时代答卷:扎根中国大地,以"培养中国图书馆事业的建设者和接班人"为教育使命;立德树人,以树立"爱国、爱馆、爱书、爱人"的个人价值准则为教育根基;传授正道,以培育"自由、平等、公正、法治"的社会价值取向为教育根本。Under the background of the construction of New Liberal Arts,Chinese library science education should innovate on the basis of Chinese characteristics,and give a good answer to "who to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate".By analyzing the problems existing in the library cause,the connotation of the library spirit and the core values followed by the library circles,this paper points out that the mission of Chinese library science education is to "cultivate the builders and successors of Chinese library cause",the foundation is to establish the personal value criterion of "patriotism,loyalty to library cause,love books,and care for readers and libraries",and the basic task is to cultivate the social value orientation of "freedom,equality,justice,rule of law".
