食道静脉曲张内镜下硬化剂治疗与套扎治疗的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较食道静脉曲张内镜下硬化剂治疗与套扎治疗的疗效。方法方便选择该院2016年12月—2019年12月食道静脉曲张患者共计102例,盲选法抽取其中51例设为对照组,实施硬化剂治疗,另51例患者纳入观察组,实施套扎治疗。对比两组治疗效果、再出血发生率、不良反应发生率。结果观察组与对照组止血成功率分别为92.16%、90.20%,对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.167,P=0.683)。观察组再出血率(1.96%)显著低于对照组(15.69%),对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.387,P=0.036),观察组低热发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.991,P=0.046),胸部疼痛比较组间差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.400,P=0.065)。结论食道静脉曲张内镜治疗的过程中联合使用套扎治疗,整体的治疗有效率得到提升,降低了再出血发生的概率,并且不良反应少,因此在临床中应用效果较好。Objective To compare the efficacy of endoscopic sclerotherapy and band ligation for esophageal varices.Methods A total of 102 patients with esophageal varices were conveniently selected from this hospital from December 2016 to December 2019.51 of them were selected as the control group by blind selection and received sclerotherapy.The other 51 patients were included in the observation group and received band ligation.Comparison of the treatment effect,incidence of rebleeding and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The success rate of hemostasis in the observation group and the control group was 92.16%and 90.20%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.167,P=0.683).The rebleeding rate(1.96%)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.69%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.387,P=0.036).The incidence of low fever in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.991,P=0.046),there was no statistically significant difference in chest pain between the groups(χ^(2)=3.400,P=0.065).Conclusion In the process of endoscopic treatment of esophageal varices,the combined use of band ligation improves the overall treatment efficiency,reduces the probability of rebleeding,and has fewer adverse reactions,so the clinical application effect is better.
