摘　　要：高校开展学生篮球裁判员培养工作是落实“体教融合”政策的体现,顺应了课程改革的需要,在促进校园文化建设和社会服务方面发挥积极作用。目前,高校学生篮球裁判员晋级制度较为完善,但培养方式仍存在一些问题,可以通过建立培养机制、改善培养方法、培养高层次人才、树立科研意识等几个方面进行完善和提高。The training of basketball referees in Colleges and universities is the embodiment of the implementation of the policy of"integration of sports and education".It meets the needs of curriculum reform and plays an active role in promoting the construction of campus culture and social services.At present,the promotion system of college students basketball referees is relatively perfect,but there are still some problems in the training mode.It can be improved by establishing training mechanism,improving training methods,training high-level talents and establishing scientific research consciousness.
