关于大学生休闲体育参与行为研究及趋势性的探究

摘　　要：在时代的发展过程中,国家相关部门越发重视学生的素质教育及综合能力的发展。休闲体育作为一种活动,不仅能够有效提升学生的身体素质,还能让学生以良好的状态应对未来生活的挑战。因此,相关部门应当加强休闲体育改革,加大休闲体育设备的投入力度,提升当代大学生参与休闲体育活动的积极性,促进学生健康成长。基于此,该文将采用问卷调查等方式以某地区高校学生为调查对象,了解该地区大学生对休闲体育的参与行为,并针对参与行为展开深入的分析与探究,提出有效的意见和建议,充分发挥休闲体育对当代大学生综合素质培养的引导作用,有效促进大学生休闲体育的健康发展。In the course of the development of the times,relevant national departments pay more and more attention to the quality education of students and the development of comprehensive abilities.As an activity,leisure sports can not only effectively improve the physical fitness of students,but also enable students to deal with the future in a good state challenges of life.Therefore,related departments should strengthen the reform of leisure sports,increase the investment in leisure sports equipment,and actively promote the enthusiasm of contemporary college students to participate in leisure sports activities,and promote the healthy growth of students.Based on this,this article will use questionnaire surveys and other methods to survey college students in a certain area to understand the participation behavior of college students in leisure sports in the area,and conduct in-depth analysis and exploration of participation behavior,and put forward effective opinions and suggestions,so as to give full play to the guiding role of leisure sports for the cultivation of contemporary college students’ comprehensive quality,and effectively promote the healthy development of leisure sports for college students.
