摘 要:FDK算法是三维锥形束重建中最常用的一种算法,本文通过对锥形束重建过程中滤波函数和插值方法的改进,在原有NEW&R-L滤波函数的基础上,通过调整加权系数,不仅减弱了重建过程中的吉布斯效应,而且对高频部分的噪声抑制效果显著.本文通过将NEW滤波函数和S-L滤波函数结合,并调整加权系数,提出了一种对噪声的图像重建敏感的新的混合滤波器NEW&S-L滤波器,该混合滤波器在保持重建图像空间分辨率的同时,可以有效地滤除噪声,提高了重建图像的效果.实验部分首先验证新提出的混合滤波函数对重建的提升效果,然后进一步比较了重建算法中双线性插值和双三次插值对重建效果的影响,最后在含有噪声的图像上验证了重建方法的可靠性.FDK algorithm is one of the most widely used algorithms in 3D conical beam reconstruction.By improving the filter function and interpolation method in the cone beam reconstruction process,this paper adjusts the weighing coefficients of the original filter function NEW&R-L,which not only weakens the Gibbs effect of the reconstructed image,but suppresses the noise of the high-frequency part greatly.By combining the NEW filter function with the S-L filter function and adjusting its weighing coefficients,this paper proposes a new hybrid filter function called NEW&S-L,which is suitable to those images with lots of noise.The new hybrid filter function can effectively filter noise while maintaining the spatial resolution of the reconstructed images which improves the quality of the reconstructed images greatly.The experiment,we firstly verifies the improvement effect of the newly proposed hybrid filter function on the reconstruction,then we compare the reconstruction effect of bilinear interpolation and bicubic interpolation.Finally we verifies the reliability of the reconstruction method on the images with plenty of noise and the results seem satisfied.
