摘　　要：在畜牧生产中,家畜性别控制技术具有很大的应用前景,研究基础主要来源于性别决定。哺乳动物性别决定是一个复杂而又精细的生物学过程,受到一系列性别决定基因的调控。前期的研究发现,主要的性别决定基因有Zfy基因、SRY基因、Sox9基因、Dmrt1基因、WT1基因、SF1基因以及Gata4基因等。论文对哺乳动物尤其是家畜性别决定相关基因研究进展进行综述,以期为哺乳动物性别决定相关基因及分子机理研究提供参考。In livestock production,sex control technology of domestic animals has great application prospect,and its research foundation mainly comes from sex determination.Mammalian sex determination is a complex and delicate biological process regulated by a series of sex determination genes.Previous studies have found that the main sex determination genes are Zfy gene,SRY gene,Sox9 gene,Dmrt1 gene,WT1 gene,SF1 gene and Gata4 gene.In this paper,the research progress of sex determination genes in mammals,especially in domestic animals,is reviewed in order to provide theoretical reference for the study on sex determination genes and molecular mechanisms in mammals.
