摘　　要：目的:探讨残障儿童父母的护理需求与亲职压力的关系及父母角色、经济收入的调节作用,为减轻残障儿童父母的亲职压力提供新视角。方法:选取贵州省242名残障儿童的父亲或母亲,采用亲职压力简表和身心障碍患者家庭护理需求问卷开展调查。结果:221份有效问卷中,残障儿童父母的护理需求总体处于较高水平,亲职压力总体处于非常高水平。护理需求与亲职压力呈正相关(r=0.547,P<0.01)。护理需求、经济收入对亲职压力的影响有统计学意义(P<0.01)。父母角色、经济收入在护理需求与亲职压力间的调节作用有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:残障儿童的治疗与康复应重视满足此类家庭的护理需求,尤其是母亲、非低保户家庭的需求,以减轻父母的亲职压力。Objective:To explore the relationship between nursing needs and parenting stress in parent of disabled children,and the moderating effects of parenthood and income,and to provide a new perspective for reducing parenting stress.Methods:242 mothers or fathers of disabled children in Guizhou province were investigated by Parenting Stress Index Short Form and Nursing Needs Questionnaire in parent of patients with disabilities.Results:A total of 221 valid questionnaires were obtained.The scores of nursing needs was generally at the high level,and parenting stress was generally at a very high level.There was positive correlation between nursing needs and parental stress(r=0.547,P<0.01).The effects of nursing needs and income on parental stress were statistically significant(P<0.01).The moderating role of parenthood and income between nursing needs and parental stress were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment and rehabilitation in patients of disabled children should pay attention to meeting the nursing needs of such families,especially the needs of mothers and non-dibao families,and reduce parental stress.
