摘 要:目的:基于4本SCI医学教育期刊发表的学术论文,分析国际医学教育研究的进程、热点及趋势,为后期研究提供参考。方法:在WoS数据库中检索《BMC Medical Education》《Medical Education》《Medical Teacher》《Teaching and Learning in Medicine》2010-2019年发表的学术论文,使用CiteSpace软件对论文进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入论文5628篇,美国是发表论文最多的国家,马斯特里赫特大学是发表论文最多的机构,Cees Van Der Vleuten是发表论文最多的作者;纳入文献中共有19篇高被引文献,共有23个关键词出现频次达到200次,关键词形成了6个聚类。结论:国际医学教育研究领域的高水平机构和核心作者群体基本形成,引领相关研究的发展;医学模拟教育、医学生心理健康、翻转课堂、临床能力评估等是学术界关注的焦点;职业倦怠、客观结构化临床考试、临床培养、职业道德与职业认同、问题导向教学法等是研究的热点;2016年以来在研究内容上更加注重对学生健康心理、团队合作、专业精神、文化信仰的全面塑造,在研究类型上更加重视循证研究,强调基于证据的决策。Objective:Based on the academic papers published in 4 SCI medical education journals,to analyze the process,hot spots and trends of international medical education research,and to provide references for later research.Methods:The academic papers published in BMC Medical Education,Medical Education,Medical Teacher and Teaching and Learning in Medicine from 2010 to 2019 were searched in WoS database,and the papers were visually analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 5628 papers were included.The results showed the United States was the country with the most published papers,Maastricht University was the institution with the most published papers,and Cees Van Der Vleuten was the author with the most published papers.There were 19 highly cited documents,with 23 key words appearing 200 times and 6 clusters formed by key words.Conclusion:High-level institutions and core authors in the field of international medical education research have been basically formed,leading the development of related research.Medical simulation education,medical students'mental health,flipping classroom and clinical ability evaluation are the focus of attention in the academia.Job burnout,objective structured clinical examination,clinical training,professional ethics and professional identity,and problem-oriented teaching method are the hot spots of research.More attention has been paid to the overall shaping of students'healthy psychology,teamwork,professionalism and cultural beliefs in terms of content of research since 2016,and more attention has been paid to evidence-based research and evidence-based decision-making in terms of types of research.
