银杏叶片联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗精神分裂症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察银杏叶片联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:将90例精神分裂症患者按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各45例。对照组给予富马酸喹硫平片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予银杏叶片治疗,持续治疗12周。分别于治疗前、治疗6周、治疗12周后,观察比较2组精神分裂症阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、简明认知状况-韦氏记忆量表(WMS-RS)评分,并统计2组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:研究组总有效率为88.89%,对照组为82.22%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,2组PANSS阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分及总积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组各单项评分及总积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且研究组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组WMS-RS的再认、图片、联想、背数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组WMS-RS的各项评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05);且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组均未出现不良反应。结论:银杏叶片联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗精神分裂症可以改善患者的临床症状和认知功能,疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yinxingye pills combined with quetiapine fumarate tablets for schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with schizophrenia were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given quetiapine fumarate tablets,and the study group was additionally given Yinxingpian based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were continuously treated for 12 weeks.Before treatment,after 6-week and 12-week treatment,scores of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)of schizophrenia and Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS-RS)were observed and compared in the two groups;the clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were counted in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 88.89% in the study group and 82.22% in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Before treatment,when compared positive symptoms,negative symptoms,psychopathological scores and the total score of PANSS between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the total score and each score of PANSS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and each score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,when compared scores of recognition,images,association and digit span between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,each score of WMS-RS in the two groups was increased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no adverse reaction occurring in the two groups.Conclusion:The therapy of Yinxingye pills combined quetiapine fumarate tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia can improve clinical symptoms and cognitive function of patients,whose effect is better than that of simple western medicine.
