摘  要:采用CFX软件对船用推进汽轮机的刹车工况进行了三维数值模拟。采用的模型为结构化网格、周期性边界条件、一阶迎风格式离散方程、k-ω湍流模型。在转速为2 440 r/min条件下设置了两个转子旋转方向相反的运行工况,以常规运行工况+2 240 r/min作为基准,使动叶反向旋转-2 440 r/min得到了所研究的刹车工况,针对级的整体性能参数进行了分析,同时给出了常规工况和刹车工况的速度三角形。计算云图和曲线的变化趋势符合速度三角形的基本规律,研究了不同工况下沿轴向分布的压力、速度和温度的变化特性。计算结果表明:如果动叶片反向旋转,动叶与蒸汽产生相互作用,降低了低压缸的输出功率,使得由倒车阀进入的蒸汽无法正常对外做功;对照常规工况,蒸汽做功能力降低约10.5%,此时蒸汽仍具备做正功的能力;计算得到的相对速度与绝对速度沿汽轮机轴向的分布趋势与绘制的刹车工况速度三角形一致。The three-dimensional numerical simulation of the braking condition of marine propulsion steam turbine is carried out by using CFX software.The model adopted is structured grid, periodic boundary conditions, first-order upwind scheme discrete equation and k-ω turbulence model.At the speed of 2 440 r/min, two operating conditions with opposite rotation direction of rotor are set up.The rotor blade is reversely rotated by-2 440 r/min under the normal operating condition +2 240 r/min to obtain the studiedbraking conclition, the everall performance parameters of the staqe are analyzed, and the velocity triangles of conventional and braking conditions are given.The change trend of contour chart and curve conforms to the basic law of speed triangle.The change characteristics of pressure, speed and temperature along the axial distribution under different working conditions are studied.The calculation results show that if the rotor blade rotates in reverse direction, the interaction between the rotor blade and the steam reduces the output power of the low-pressure cylinder, and the steam entering the reversing valve cannot do work normally.Compared with the normal working conditions, the steam work capacity is reduced by about 10.5%.At this time, the steam still has the ability to do positive work.The axral distribution trend of the calculated relative speed and absolute speed along the turbine is consistent with the speed triangle of braking condition.
