摘  要:目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下基于在线平台的PBL联合CBL教学在普外科临床实习中的应用效果及可行性,为提高教学质量提供参考依据。方法将2020年4月1日-2020年5月1日普外科在线平台实习的80名学生按照随机分组方法分为2组,分别为在线平台PBL联合CBL教学模式的实验组和在线平台传统实习模式的对照组,每组40人。PBL和CBL相结合教学主要基于病例和问题展开,采用SPSS19.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果实验组学生的理论考试成绩、线上模拟考试成绩和临床操作成绩分别为(88.4±3.9)分、(88.6±3.6)分和(83.4±4.0)分,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组的教学满意度与对照组相比,在语言表达、专业知识应用、团队合作、知识探索和教学模式认可度方面的分数分别为(7.4±1.1)分、(7.2±0.8)分、(7.4±0.6)分、(7.9±0.9)分和(8.1±1.1)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在线平台的PBL联合CBL教学在普外科临床实习中的应用能够提高教学质量与实习学生的满意度,值得在当前疫情下临床实习中推广应用。Objectives To explore the application effect and feasibility of problem-based learning combined with case-based learning based on online platform in clinical practice of general surgery in the context of COVID-19 epidemic.So as to provide refernce basis for improving teaching guality.Methods Eighty students who practiced on the online platform of general surgery from April 1 st,2020 to May 1 st,2020 were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the experimental group of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode and the control group of the traditional practice mode,each group of 40 people.The combined teaching of PBL and CBL was mainly based on cases and problems,and SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results The scores of the theoretical test,online simulation test and clinical operation of the experimental group were(88.4±3.9),(88.6±3.6)and(83.4±4.0),which were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the experimental group scored(7.4±1.1),(7.2±0.8),(7.4±0.6),(7.9±0.9)and(8.1±1.1)in terms of language expression,professional knowledge application,teamwork,knowledge exploration and teaching mode recognition,respectively,which was higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of PBL combined with CBL teaching on the online platform in clinical practice of general surgery could improve the teaching quality and the students’satisfaction,which was worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice under the current epidemic situation.
