摘 要:本文论述某院通过HIMSS EMRAM 7标准后将信息技术应用于教学流程的实践研究,发现既往医学影像技术教学存在方式陈旧,信息检索滞后,影像资源相对孤立等问题。基于HIMSS EMRAM 7标准可对教学流程进行结构化再造,拟建立带教前学生水平自测模块,实践操作问题反馈模块以及带教教师追踪学习进度、反馈模块等;通过构建以患者为中心的全息视图,阐述利于学生实践能力和创造性的培养与提高方式;最后串联影像资源,实现线上自主学习。最终,实现以信息化建设为内在驱动力推动教学改革,以信息技术与流程设计的结合为外在技术支持,创新医学影像技术的教学实践应用。The paper discusses the practical research on the application of information technology to the teaching process after passing the HIMSS EMRAM 7 standard in a certain hospital. It is found that there are some problems in the teaching of medical imaging technology in the past, such as outdated teaching methods, lagging information retrieval, relatively isolated image resources and so on. Based on the HIMSS EMRAM 7 standard, the teaching process can be structurally rebuilt, including the self-test module of students’ level before teaching, the feedback module of practical operation problems, and the module of tracking learning progress and feedback of teachers, etc.;through the construction of a patient-centered holographic view, the paper expounds the ways to cultivate and improve students’ practical ability and creativity, and finally connects image resources to realize online autonomous learning. Eventually, we should take the information construction as the internal driving force to promote the teaching reform, take the combination of information technology and process design as the external technical support, and innovate the teaching practice and application of medical imaging technology.
