摘　　要：动物实验研究是推动中医药现代化的重要内容,实验动物伦理学是尊重生命、爱护生命的重要体现,而保护实验动物福祉一方面反映了人类对待生命的道德修养,另一方面也保障了实验结果更可靠、外延性更好。目前中医药研究中针对实验动物伦理存在着对实验动物伦理学认识不足、缺少具有中医特色的实验动物伦理思考、国内学术期刊对实验动物伦理的要求有待提高、实验动物伦理审查委员会建设有待规范、实验动物机构伦理认证亟需加强等问题;同时,中医药研究应从实验动物的麻醉、取材和安乐死等实验动物使用角度入手,积极思考,对动物实验研究的中医药特色内容进行梳理,探索建立具有中医特色的实验动物伦理学和审查规则。Conducting animal experimental researches is essential to promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The address of animal ethics in experimental researches embodies the respect and caring of lives.Protecting the well-being of experimental animals not only reflects the moral cultivation of human beings towards lives,but also ensures more reliable and generalized results.There were several animal ethics-related problems to be solved in the experimental TCM researches,such as the understanding of experimental animal ethics should be strengthened;TCM specifics needs to be addressed;more demanding requirements should be set by domestic academic journals;the construction of ethics review committees needs to be standardized;and the certification of laboratory animal institutions urgently needs to be promoted.Simultaneously,it is suggested to think from the perspective of laboratory animal use such as anesthesia,material extraction and euthanasia and to focus on the characteristics of TCM,so as to establish TCM-specific animal ethics and review rules.
