摘 要:京广铁路是岳阳市重要的客货运输通道。岳阳市京广铁路移线需要考虑生态环境、城市发展规划和区域经济发展等方面的需求,体现需求拉力、环境推力和线路能力等因素。研究设计岳阳市京广铁路移线的起点区段站、终点接轨站选址方案以及线路走向选线方案,提出移线的起点区段站为云溪站,终点接轨站为黄秀桥站,客运接入岳阳东站,货运沿浩吉铁路东移,以实现“客货分线、站城一体、产城融合”,满足“交通、经济、生态”三位一体的需要,促进岳阳市经济的可持续发展。Beijing-Guangzhou Railway is an important corridor for passenger and freight transportation in Yueyang.Its relocation scheme has to meet the requirements of protecting the ecological environment,facilitating city planning,and boosting regional economic development,reflecting factors such as demand pull,environmental push,and line capacity.After studying and designing the location schemes of the originating section station and terminal junction station and the route selection schemes,we proposed that the originating section station and the terminal junction station waiting for relocation were respectively Yunxi Station and Huangxiuqiao Station.The passenger transport was connected with Yueyang East Station,and freight transport moved eastward along Haolebaoji-Ji’an Railway.This relocation scheme helps to achieve“passenger-freight separation,station-city integration,and city-industry integration”,enable the balanced development among“transportation,economy,and ecology”,and promote the sustainable development of economy in Yueyang.
