DJ-1、YKL-40、CA125联合检测在子宫内膜癌诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨人类帕金森基因(PARK7)、甲壳质酶蛋白40(YKL-40)及糖类抗原125(CA125)在子宫内膜癌患者血清中的表达特点及诊断价值。方法选取潍坊市人民医院2017年9月~2019年12月收治的子宫内膜癌患者51例为实验组,同期子宫良性病变患者40例为对照组。采用ELISA法检测DJ-1、YKL-40,化学发光法检测CA125在血清中的表达,分析三者与子宫内膜癌临床病理因素的关系,以及三者联合检测在子宫内膜癌中的诊断价值。结果实验组患者的术前血清YKL-40、CA125、DJ-1水平均显著高于对照组,P均<0.001;实验组血清YKL-40表达与手术病理分期、病理类型有关,CA125表达与手术病理分期有关,三者联合检测的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.968,均大于各单项检测时面积(P<0.05)。结论DJ-1、YKL-40及CA125联合检测在子宫内膜癌检测中具有潜在价值,可提高子宫内膜癌的诊断率。Objective To investigate the expression characteristics and diagnostic value of human Parkinson’s gene(PARK7),chitin protein 40(YKL-40)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in serum of patients with endometrial carcinoma.Methods Expressions of serum DJ-1,YKL-40 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and CA125 was detected by chemiluminescence method in 51 patients with endometrial cancer in the test group,and 40 patients with benign uterine lesions in the control group.All patients were treated in People’s Hospital of Weifang from September 2017 to December 2019.To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of the three in the serum of patients with endometrial cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological factors.Results In preoperative serum YKL-40,CA125,and DJ-1 of the test group patients were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.001,respectively.The expression of serum YKL-40 of endometrial cancer was related to the surgical pathological stage and pathological type,and had nothing to do with other factors.The expression of CA125 was related to surgical pathological stage.The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of the combined detection of the three was 0.968,which was larger than the area of each single test(P<0.05,respectively).Conclusion The combination of DJ-1,YKL-40,and CA125,has potential value in the detection of endometrial cancer,which are helpful to the diagnosis of EC.
