地西泮对口腔粘膜病患者睡眠质量和不良情绪的效果

摘　　要：目的分析口腔粘膜病患者应用地西泮治疗后其免疫功能,焦虑、抑郁情绪等指标水平变化。方法采用随机数字表法将我院89例口腔粘膜病患者进行分组,对照组44例患者给予甘露聚糖肽治疗,观察组45例患者增加地西泮联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗后焦虑、抑郁情绪、睡眠质量、免疫功能、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组CD4、CD3、CD4/CD8水平及总有效率高于对照组,CD8水平、PSQI、SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率6.67%高于对照组4.55%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地西泮能够有效缓解口腔粘膜病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善睡眠质量,联合基础治疗进一步提升机体免疫功能,提高治疗效果,安全性高。Objective To analyze the effects of diazepam in patients with oral mucosal disease,such as the changes of immune function,anxiety,depression and other indicators. Methods A random number table method was used to group 89 patients with oral mucosal disease in our hospital,44 patients in the control group were treated with mannan peptides,45 patients in the observation group were treated with diazepam combination therapy,and the mood,sleep quality,immune function,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results After treatment,the CD4,CD3,CD4/CD8 levels and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8 level,PSQI,SDS,and SAS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was not statistically difference than that(4.55%)in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Diazepam can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with oral mucosal disease,improve sleep quality,and combine basic treatment to further improve the body’s immune function,improve the treatment effect with high safety.
