摘 要:探究棕竹根、茎、叶的化学成分类型。采用化学反应鉴别法初步分析棕竹根、茎、叶的化学成分类型,并且对其不同部位进行薄层展开条件的摸索。结果表明:棕竹叶中含有糖类、有机酸类、酚类或鞣质和黄酮类化合物;棕竹根、茎中含有糖类、有机酸类,可能含有黄酮、香豆素和酚类或鞣质;根茎叶三个部位的提取物在石油醚-乙酸乙酯展开系统中能更好地显示成分斑点,适合棕竹成分的分析。The chemical components of the type of Rhapis were studied.Chemical reaction identification methods were used to identify the type of the chemical composition of Rhapis for preliminary analysis,and the condition was gropedfor thin layer of Rhapis in different polar parts.The results showed that Rhapis leaves contained sugars,organic acids,phenols or tannins and flavonoids,Rhapis roots and stems contained sugars,organic acids,and may contain flavonoids,coumarins and phenols or tannins.The extracts from the three parts Rhapis can better show the composition spots in the petroleum ether-ethyl acetate expansion system,which was suitable for the analysis of palm bamboo components.
