奥氮平联合小剂量氨磺必利治疗慢性精神分裂症阴性症状效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的观察奥氮平联合小剂量氨磺必利对慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状的改善效果与安全性。方法将该院2018年8月—2020年1月82例以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症患者分纳入对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组给予奥氮平和安慰剂治疗,观察组给予奥氮平+小剂量氨磺必利治疗,对比两组相关指标。结果两组治疗后PANSS阴性因子各项症状评分与总分低于治疗前,治疗1个月、2个月、3个月后的低于前一期;且观察组各项评分与总分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.080、2.342、3.541、3.214、2.426、2.017、2.214、2.475,P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率85.37%明显高于对照的65.85%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.232,P<0.05);观察组体质量增加发生率12.20%低于对照组31.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.476,P<0.05)。结论对慢性精神分裂症患者应用奥氮平联合小剂量氨磺必利治疗可改善其阴性症状,且安全性较高,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect and safety of olanzapine combined with low-dose amisulpride on the negative symptoms of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods From August 2018 to January 2020 in the hospital,82 patients with chronic schizophrenia with mainly negative symptoms were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine and placebo,and the observation group was treated with olanzapine+low-dose amisulpride,and the related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the PANSS negative factor symptom scores and total scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores and total scores of the observation group were better than those of the previous period after 1 month,2 months,and 3 months.The scores and total scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.080,2.342,3.541,3.214,2.426,2.017,2.214,2.475,P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 85.37%significantly higher than that of the control 65.85%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.232,P<0.05);the incidence of body mass increase in the observation group was 12.20%lower than that of the control group 31.71%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.476,P<0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine combined with low-dose amisulpride treatment for patients with chronic schizophrenia can improve their negative symptoms,and is safe,and it is worthy of promotion.
