摘　　要：本文对油脂行业的近期发展进行了回顾,分析了影响油脂质量的关键设备的现状,重点阐述了设备的特点,并列举了几种不同物料的浸出过程情况,同时给出了不同物料进行浸出实验后的相关实验数据,通过浸出可实验化来为物料浸出设备的设计和选择提供一些参考。In this paper,the recent development of oil industry was reviewed,and the current situation of key equipment affecting oil quality was analyzed.The characteristics of the equipment were emphasized,and the extraction processes of several different materials were listed.At the same time,the relevant experimental data after the extraction experiments of different materials were given,which provided some references for the design and selection of material extraction equipment through experimental extraction.
