摘  要:针对绿色产品扩散速度缓慢,市场占有率低的问题,在对绿色产品扩散系统结构进行分析的基础上,运用系统动力学方法,构建绿色产品扩散系统的因果回路图和系统流图,并从消费者绿色偏好支付系数、政府对购买绿色产品消费者补贴和绿色产品属性的综合优势3个方面进行了仿真模拟.结果表明,对于政府而言,应该倡导绿色消费,提高公众的环保意识;在确定补贴额度,补贴系数时,应综合考虑绿色产品涉及的各方利益相关者并适时调整补贴政策.对于绿色产品的生产企业而言,应准确的获取绿色产品的相关信息,并进一步对绿色产品属性的综合优势进行有效的评估,降低绿色产品扩散失败率.In view of the problems of slow diffusion and low market share of green products,based on the analysis of the structure of the diffusion system of green products,this paper uses the method of system dynamics to construct the cause and effect circuit diagram and system flow diagram of the diffusion system of green products,and simulations are conducted from three aspects:consumers’ green preference payment coefficient,comprehensive advantages of green product attributes,and government subsidy coefficients for consumers purchasing green products.The results show that for the government,green consumption should be advocated to improve the public’s awareness of environmental protection;when determining the subsidy amount and subsidy coefficient,the stakeholders involved in green products should be considered comprehensively and the subsidy policy should be adjusted timely.For green product manufacturers,they should accurately obtain the relevant information of green products,and further evaluate the comprehensive advantages of green product attributes to reduce the failure rate of green product diffusion.
