摘　　要：木屑船重压载舱的槽型舱壁由于受力较大,一般采用焊接式,而焊接式槽型舱壁容易产生变形。文章通过对焊接节点的优化、工装设计以及焊接工艺的改进,使槽型舱壁的变形和精度更好地满足规范的要求。because of the large force,the groove bulkhead of the heavy ballast tank of wood chip ship is generally welded,while the welded groove bulkhead is prone to deformation.Through the optimization of welding joint,the design of tooling and the improvement of welding technology,the deformation and precision of tank bulkhead can meet the requirements of the specification better.
