摘 要:在船舶设计制造过程中,底边舱、内底板、槽型舱壁等连接位置,涉及许多T型和斜T型焊接接头。特别是木屑船制造过程中,槽型舱壁制作采用T型接头全焊透角焊缝型式。由于传统CO2手工焊接效率低下、焊接质量不稳定、工人劳动强度大,为了使T型接头全焊透角焊缝焊接效率及质量有明显提升,同时降低工人劳动强度,文章进行T型接头全焊透角焊缝自动焊接工艺研究试验。试验采用HCD500-6自动焊接小车和MZC-1250埋弧自动焊机配合HCD500-6自动焊接小车2种方式进行试验研究。通过系列试验,最终获得相关试验数据并应用于现场实际焊接,使T型接头焊接质量及焊接效率得到大幅度提高,同时大大降低了工人的劳动强度,为推广高效焊接提供了可以借鉴的经验。In the process of ship design and manufacture,many T-shaped and oblique T-shaped welded joints are involved in the connection positions of hopper tanks,inner bottom plates,and trough-shaped bulkheads.Especially in the manufacturing process of the wood chip ship,the groove-shaped bulkhead is made by the T-joint full penetration fillet weld type.Due to the low efficiency of traditional CO2 manual welding,unstable welding quality,and high labor intensity of workers,in order to significantly improve the welding efficiency and quality of T-joint full penetration fillet welds and reduce the labor intensity of workers,the article carries out T-joint full welding Research and test of automatic welding process for fillet welds.The test uses two methods:HCD500-6 automatic welding trolley and MZC-1250 submerged arc automatic welding machine with HCD500-6 automatic welding trolley.Through a series of tests,the relevant test data was finally obtained and applied to the actual welding on site,which greatly improved the welding quality and welding efficiency of the T-joint,and greatly reduced the labor intensity of the workers,providing a reference for the promotion of efficient welding.
