摘  要:在散货船舱间甲板横梁预制施工过程中,由于其结构型式特殊,焊缝非对称布置,如果采用常规方式焊接,焊接变形量较大。文章通过对现场施工各环节排查和变形原因分析,实施了一系列设计和工艺优化措施,取消面板自然坡口和半圆钢两侧倒角,使得焊接道数大大减少,采用特制工装改变焊接位置,实际焊接变形量比优化前小很多。经统计分析,某船甲板横梁面板角度偏差和平整度偏差合格率均控制在85%以上,基本解决了甲板横梁焊接变形大的问题,在满足产品质量的同时取得了较好的经济效益。In the process of prefabricated construction of deck beam between bulk cargo cabins,due to its special structure type and asymmetric arrangement of weld seam,if conventional welding is adopted,the welding deformation is large.Through checking and analyzing the causes of deformation in the field construction,a series of design and process optimization measures are carried out to cancel the chamfering of the natural slope of the panel and the two sides of the semi-circular steel,so that the number of welding paths is greatly reduced.Through statistical analysis,the qualified rate of angle deviation and flatness deviation of deck beam panel of a ship is controlled above 85%,which basically solves the welding deformation of deck beam Large problems,in order to meet the quality of products at the same time achieved better economic benefits.
