摘　　要：由于自由言论运动等外部因素推动,美国大学研究生助教群体在不断壮大的情况下,开始不断寻求合法身份认同,争取与工作时间相匹配的薪资待遇,寻求更多专业培训和职业保障。基于此,加州大学、威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校和密歇根大学中的研究生助教通过罢工、集体谈判等形式率先成立了研究生助教工会,并通过工会协议等形式为研究生助教提供制度保障,如明确研究生助教的“雇员”身份,为助教提供薪资结构保障、职业安全保障、福利待遇保障、申诉和仲裁保障等。Driven by external factors,such as the free speech movement,the growing group of graduate teaching assistants at American universities is increasingly seeking legal identity,salary matching with working hours,and more professional training and job guarantee.As a result,graduate teaching assistants at the university of California,the university of Wisconsin-Madison and the university of Michigan take the lead in forming a graduate teaching assistants union through strikes and collective bargaining.The union of graduate teaching assistant provides a system of guarantee by signing union contracts with the university,such as confirming the status of graduate teaching assistant as employee,guaranteeing the employees’ salary,job,social care,complaint and arbitration.
