基于SEM的船员不安全行为研究

摘　　要：为研究船员不安全行为对船舶事故的影响程度,选取环境、身心状况等作为人不安全行为的影响因素,建立假设关系,运用结构方程(SEM)构建因素之间的关系模型,计算各变量之间的作用效应值。结果表明:环境因素中工作氛围、工作设备和工作环境对不安全行为的减少有正向影响,但工作氛围产生的效应更明显;身心状态中心理因素和生理因素对不安全行为的减少有正向影响,两个因素对不安全行为产生的效应接近;工作环境和工作氛围通过影响船员的身心状态间接影响船员的不安全行为。船员的不安全行为影响因素对于船员管理起到重要作用,对增进船舶的安全具有重要意义。The given paper intends to trace and examine the relation of the internal causes of human behavior errors with the environmental factors and the consequence of the reckless human behaviors so as to build up a structural equation model( SEM),and quantify the involved factors that are difficult to get measured and assessed. And,for the above situation,we shall do necessary efforts to trace and examine the influential degrees and extents of the unsafe behaviors of the navigation crew members and the ship accidents. And,for the given purpose,in this paper,we would like to propose the structural equation model,which can not only predict and analyze some variables that cannot be directly measured,but can also help to forecast and foresee the errors in the measurement process and the effectiveness and confidence of the measurement. Thus,the said method we have proposed should be more suitable for scientific research goals,the environment,the physical and mental conditions and the other factors usually chosen as ones of unsafe behaviors of human beings to establish the hypothetical relationship and a relationship model between the factors by using the structural equation( SEM) to calculate the effect value of each variable. Thus,the results of our research can be expected to prove that the working atmosphere,the environmental factors and the physical and mental state of human workers tend to play a positive role in reducing their unsafe behaviors,though the working atmosphere can function more in the environmental factors,while the psychological and physiological factors may also display the same role in the physical and mental state. And,what is more,the working environment and working atmosphere can actually bring about a great positive effect on the improvement of the physical and mental state of the crew members. Of course,the improvement of the working atmosphere and working environment can more or less reduce indirectly the occurrence of such unsafe behaviors of the crew members.
