摘　　要：青蒿素类药物主要包括:双氢青蒿素、青蒿琥酯、蒿甲醚和蒿乙醚等,是一种抗疟疾特效药。随着研究的不断深入,发现其不仅具有抗疟活性,还具有较强的抗肿瘤活性。青蒿素类药物可以预防物理、化学和生物致癌作用,还可以诱导肿瘤细胞周期阻滞、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管生成及肿瘤侵袭转移,甚至还具有调节免疫抗肿瘤的作用。青蒿素类药物抗肿瘤谱广、毒副作用小、安全性高、无交叉耐药,具有广阔的应用前景。本文结合近年国内外研究现状,就青蒿素类药物的抗肿瘤机制及研究进展作一综述,以期为进一步研究提供参考。Artemisinin is a kind of anti-malarial drugs,mainly including dihydroartemisinin,artesunate,artemether and artemether.With the continuous researches,it has been found that artemisinin not only has antimalarial activity,but also has strong anti-tumor activity.Artemisinin can prevent physical,chemical and biological carcinogenesis,induce tumor cell cycle arrest,promote tumor cell apoptosis,inhibit tumor angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis,and even have the effect of regulating immunity.Artemisinin have a wide range of anti-tumor,low side effects,high safety,and no cross-resistance,so it has a broad application prospect.Based on the recent research status,this article reviews the anti-tumor mechanism and research progress of artemisinin,hoping to provide references for further research.
