摘  要:为了解决浩吉铁路龙门黄河桥所面临的重载铁路活载大、结构疲劳应力幅值高、地震烈度大,温差大,景观要求高、施工难度大、安全运营等技术难题,以有限元建模分析为主要手段,完成了重载铁路中承式大跨钢管混凝土提篮拱桥关键技术研究。结论如下:桁式钢管混凝土提篮拱肋和双主纵梁的结合梁桥面系,构造简单、结构刚度大,景观效果好;拱梁分离的半漂浮体系,改善了拱梁结构受力,满足无缝线路受力要求,抗震性能良好;300 MPa超高疲劳应力幅的纵向双吊杆及其锚固系统,满足了重载铁路拱桥吊杆疲劳要求;大节段制造和安装技术,减少了现场焊接作业;钢管拱无应力状态法和考虑拱肋变形的桥面系线形控制技术指导了现场施工,保证了成桥线形;车桥耦合动力仿真分析表明,满足重载铁路行车安全性、运行平顺性和动力性能要求。In order to solve the technical problems of heavy haul railway Longmen Yellow River Bridge of Haolebaoji-Ji’an Railway, such as large live load of heavy haul railway, high structural fatigue stress amplitude, large seismic intensity, big temperature difference, high landscape requirements, difficult construction, safe operation, researches are conducted on key technologies of long-span half-through concrete-filled steel tube basket arch bridge of heavy haul railway by means of finite element modeling analysis. The research conclusions are as follows: Truss type CFST basket arch rib and double main longitudinal beams has the advantages of simple structure, high structural rigidity and good landscape effect;The semi floating system with separated arc and beam improves the stress of arch and beam, meets the stress requirements of jointless track, and has good seismic performance;The longitudinal double hangers with 300 MPa ultra-high fatigue stress amplitude and its anchorage system can meet the fatigue requirements of heavy haul railway arch bridges;Large segment manufacturing and installation technology reduces field welding operations;The unstressed state method of steel tube arch and the control technology of bridge deck alignment, considering arch rib deformation, guide the site construction and ensure the completed bridge alignment;The dynamic simulation analysis of train bridge coupling shows that the requirements of traffic safety, running smoothness and dynamic performance of heavy haul railway are satisfied.
