摘 要:目前国内对盾构管片与接缝内非定型嵌缝材料间粘结面特性的分析研究相对较少,以环氧树脂系为非定型嵌缝试验材料,从粘结机理、室内试验和数值计算等方面对管片混凝土-非定型嵌缝材料粘结面进行粘结特性、基本力学性能和动力特性分析。研究得出以下结论:粘结界面抗拉强度在(0.35±0.05)MPa之间,粘结界面剪切强度在(1.0±0.1)MPa之间;混凝土-环氧树脂嵌缝材料的粘结界面同时存在机械粘结和化学粘结两种方式;动力作用下,粘结面存在剥离破坏阈值,且嵌缝材料的剥离程度与动力荷载的量值有关;增大接缝深度,扩大接缝内嵌缝材料和两侧管片混凝土的有效接触面积,可适当提升粘结面的粘结能力。At present,there are relatively few researches on the characteristics of the bonding surface between the shield tunnel segment and the non-shaped caulking material in the joint.Epoxy resin is used as the non-shaped caulking test material.Basic mechanical properties and dynamic characteristics of the joint surface of segment concrete-unshaped caulking materials are analyzed in terms of bonding mechanism,indoor test and numerical calculation.It is concluded that the tensile strength of the bonding interface is(0.35±0.05)MPa,and the shear strength of the bonding interface is(1.0±0.1)MPa;the bonding interface of the concrete-epoxy resin caulking material is of both mechanical bonding and chemical bonding;under dynamic action,there is a peeling failure threshold on the bonding surface,and the peeling degree of the caulking material is related to the magnitude of the dynamic load;increasing the depth of the joint,expanding the effective contact area between the inner caulking material and the concrete of the segments on both sides can appropriately improve the bonding ability of the bonding surface.
