针灸治疗肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸治疗肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征的效果。方法选择2018年7月至2020年7月本院收治的肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征患者87例,随机分为对照组43例和观察组44例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用针灸治疗,两组均连续治疗21d。比较患者中医症候积分及肠道菌群数量。结果治疗21d后,两组腹痛即泄、泻而不畅、腹胀、全身乏力等症状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗21d后,两组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量高于治疗前,大肠杆菌数量低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征患者采用针灸治疗效果显著,有利于调节患者肠道菌群失衡现象,促进各项临床体征转归,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of depression and spleen deficiency type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods A total of 87 patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type irritable bowel syndrome treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=44).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.After 21 days of continuous treatment in both groups,the patients'TCM syndrome scores and the number of intestinal flora were compared.Results After 21 days of treatment,the scores of symptoms such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,poor diarrhea,abdominal distension,and general fatigue were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after 21 days of treatment,the numbers of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the number of Escherichia coli was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type irritable bowel syndrome is significant,which can effectively improve the intestinal flora imbalance in patients,promote the outcome of various clinical signs,and is worthy of clinical application.
