摘 要:公共危机时期,由于缺乏对危机事件权威或全面的认识,相关信息的来源多元且真假难辨,公众所处的情境具有极大的不确定性,各类消极情感因而产生并在公众中扩散。在重新建立和加强社会联结,恢复正常社会秩序目标的引导下,公众产生了摆脱消极情感、寻找积极情感的需求。社交媒体微博上出现的新冠肺炎段子对危机事实进行再认知,更多地关注隔离生活、疾病、疫情和疫情的影响这几方面,在危机事实再评价过程中流露出更多的积极情感,体现了普通公众以发泄、接受、幽默和积极重构的方式应对危机的情感聚焦策略。随着段子的生产、关注、评论和转发,公众逐渐摆脱了消极情感、建构了微博积极情感联系网络并置于更高的结构位置,从而获得更多、更持久的积极情感体验。During the period of public crisis,kinds of negative emotions will generate and spread among people according to the uncertainty of the situation and the lack of authority or comprehensive knowledge of crisis.In order to reestablish and strengthen social connections and restore the objective of normal social order,the people are eager to get rid of negative emotions and get positive emotions.Covid-19 Weibo Duanzi had more positive emotions based on re-recognizing and re-estimating?the events.It also indicated that the people take the Emotion-focused strategy to cope the crisis in the way of venting of emotions,acceptance,humor or positive reinterpretation&growth.When people produce,focus,discuss or communicate Covid-19 Weibo Duanzi,they might get rid of negative emotions,build positive emotions contacting network on Weibo and higher up its position then they may achieve much more positive emotions to cope the public crisis.
